What a joke! Book an appointment to get told to wait about 40 minutes for a call? We all have other commitments like work etc that we shuffle around to make time for such things. Why bother booking an appointment in the first place! Also to add cannot return voice messages!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went to this store in 1 week for 2 different issues. Very happy with both experiences, although we did wait for an hour the first time, the staff member kept us up to date with why the delay and in the end he asked the Manager to assist which she did. 2nd time, was attended to immediately and problem solved within a very short time. Would recommend this store.

Shout out to my Darren, super helpful when I had any questions and has the perfect character for customer service. Always a smile on his face when I go in and is always happy to see me, as am I to see him. Him and the rest of the team are all reflections of eachother, each one great at their roles, always a pleasure to shop and browse when I'm here.

They never answer the phone and never return calls. Lady said the phone I ordered will come within a week, it's been 4 weeks. Didn't do what I asked about my plan. Poor service, always rushing.

Helped me change over from Optus, really helpful and kind staff. Had the phones in stock, was in and out with 2 new phones and plans in less than an hour, right before xmas as well

The Telstra team... WOW! For a cutting edge comms company every person you talk to has different info and the excuse is always that their system has conflicting info. We have wasted far too many hours trying to sort out overcharged billing, network issues and general customer support both in store and over the phone. Would give zero stars if we could. If it wasnt for our area having such poor coverage we wouldn't suffer such infuriating customer service. Its almost as if staff are in competion with each other for who can be the least helpful or most useless, I think the guy in store today took out the trophy. In short, dealing with Telstra is counter-productive to maintaining good mental health.

Went in Thursday 1st September 22 at short notice before close, the team was so helpful and easy! Shout out to Darren who helped me with an issue and sent me on my way with a new xbox and set me up with a new controller using my points. He had the best character and was awesome help!! NEVER LOSE HIM!
