From the moment we walked in to Choices Flooring at Erina, to the day we had our carpet installed the service has been outstanding! We were met by Claire who was patient and very helpful. She showed us many different carpets and was really knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made everything really easy. The guy who came to do the measure was friendly and fast, really good also. Once we had made our choice Claire arranged a quick installation, which we really appreciated also.On installation day the team arrived on time and were friendly, efficient and happy to help with anything we needed and had the job done without a hitch. Thanks to the whole Team at Choices for the absolute best customer service, value for money and quality products. If you need flooring or anything else they offer we would 100% recommend them for the job. 10 out of 10 guys, thank you again, we will come back for sure!

Jared and his team at Choices Flooring, Erina did an amazing job!When we moved into our house there was some old slate flooring laid onto a subfloor in our living room. It was being scratched up by everyday use and in need of a change.Jared and the team did an amazing job removing the slate and there was no additional floor prep needed to be done due to the care and precision they took in completing the job. The installers then come back to lay perfectly the 12mm Quickstep floating floor in classic oak beige, which we are so happy with.From initial quote through to installation, Jared and his team dealt with everything so professionally.The installers were great, put up sheets as to not cause mess or dust going into other parts of the house, helped move our furniture onto the new floor once laid, and cleaned up after themselves.I highly recommend Choices Flooring and we'll be using again within the next few months to change the flooring in another part of our house. Choices Flooring Erina was responsible for replacing all the floors in my house, which looks stunning! Jared was extremely helpful and gave me very good advice on the choice of floor. His quoted price was also the best compared to two other competitors. Darren and his team did a fantastic job laying and prepping the floors. I am extremely happy with the end result.

FLOORED AGAIN BY CHOICES FLOORING!Once again we have returned to Choices Flooring at Erina for a fantastic deal and amazing service. Jared is a pleasure to deal with and always looks after us like no other. We ordered carpet tiles and 1 week later they were being laid in our Bar room. (I probably could have worded that better lol) Unbelievable quality and service!
