I only recently (Feb 2023) started wearing monthly contact lenses and found that Terry Whites stocked a reasonably clean/low chemical contact lens solution - Bausch & Lomb Bio True. I tested out the travel size first, it felt okay so I bought the double bottle pack (300ml + 120ml). Only at the beginning of this month, thinking i'd used it all up i went to buy more, and finding the full travel bottle still in my cupboard I noticed that the product was expired. Realising that both bottles would have been past their expiry date when I purchased them. I had for 1-2 months been having issues with my eyes, eyesight becoming blurry very quickly and my contact lenses were becoming hard quite quickly.After using my new May purchase whilst away on holiday and my contact lenses staying as soft as they were from when I first got them out of their sealed blister pack, it confirmed for me that my eye irritation/blurriness was also a cause of the expired solution.Having looked online, Bausch & Lombs site expresses that solution should not be used after the expiry date because the solutions is not effective in maintaining the correct pH and killing bacteria effectively.It's very scary that an eyewear cleaning product with has been left on the shelf and sold passed it's expiration date.It's worse because it actually effected the health and vision of my eyes.

Monique was so wonderful. She saw me struggling with my shoes and suggested I use something to secure them. She took me to the right section of the store and helped me pick out what I needed. I appreciate her help and her kindness in taking the time to sort me out.Thank you again Monique as you made my visit so worthwhile and pleasurable.

These people are awesome, unlike the GP that made me wait a day for urgent medication, Terry White made sure I got the prescription straight away and even delivered it to me in the car park

My goodness, today I was served by Cindy and the experience was right up there with some of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Cindy was extremely helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and just absolutely delightful!
