Lord Howe Island SES
Unbelievable response to carry my injured husband down Mt Gower. We are eternally grateful for the dedication of the 16+ volunteers who toiled until 3am in the dark and over incredibly difficult terrain. You cannot know the patience and skill involved if you haven’t been there. My endless thanks to every volunteer, those who train them, organise them and every employer that managed without them for the afternoon.
