Part of the Mad Burger chain, this is worth a look, the vegetarian burger i had was good. Two tradies came in and had the signature Mad" beef burgers that looked excellent."

Great food, it is over priced- cost $45 for two burgers. Still nice as a treat, but If I'm paying almost $50 for two burgers I don't expect to wait half an hour on a quiet day. Maybe two staff on a Public holiday was an oversight.

Burger was absolutely fantastic. Good patties used. The add-ons are on the expensive side (eg a mushroom add-on is $2.80).The loaded fries definitely should have been a bit better. Instead of melted cheese they just used s cheese sauce that tasted cheap. Considering there are many good burger joints, I think they need to improve on the sides too.Ordering online is a bit of a mess, but I was told they're working on it.Will definitely come back but not too frequently as it is expensive.Lady at the counter was extremely friendly and nice.Would have given 5 stars if it was better value, melted cheese used in their fries and the online ordering was improved.

Ordered the vegan salad and the vegan chicken was left out! as this is one of the main features of the salad, it was extremely disappointing for whoever made it to somehow forget. It did taste decent, but should probably review your staff at this particular establishment, forgetting such an important part of a salad makes me think they are not the best employee.

The food is ok but try to get any response from them when things go wrong. For example, I ordered online and prepaid when I arrived to collect it their internet was down. I had to re-order and pay again. I tried to contact them multiple times with zero response. Recently I ordered and paid online and when I got back to work found the entire order was wrong (or someone else's). Yet again I tried to contact them twice with zero response. Don't waste your time.

Overpriced defrosted food, terrible customer service, staff can't even figure out the new menu and what buttons to press to put your order through. Just go to anywhere else, you will walk away less hungry and less poor. To top all of this off my vegan friend ordered a vegan burger from them and got really sick cause it turns out they're so lazy they just cook the vegan patties on the same grill as the meat, it's and absolute joke that these guys are still running. Do yourselves and the world a favour and stop paying for their overpriced food!

This is not the place if you have hearing issues, or want to feel valued.The guy at the counter, when I gave the signal I have hearing issues spoke so quietly it was offensive. I asked to dine in. The gave me the food take away, when I questioned this the girl then took my food away long enough to go cold and then again gave it to me as take away.Very much made to feel like I was not welcome or that me being there was an issue for them. As a first time customer that left a very bad taste. Definitely not disability friendly!!!!!!!
