Newcastle Mobile Phone Repairs

Paid for a screen replacement, had issues with the screen almost immediately which can only be the screen as the phone continues work when connect via bluetooth (calls, music etc) brought the phone back after a week, I was told the issue was not something he had seen before and that he was too busy to fix it that day (could not leave my phone as I need it for work). I was given this same story two more time when I returned at his request only to be told my screen was out of warranty the final time I returned and that it would need to be sent away.

I have been here a few times prior to my latest outing and had no troubles with their previous work or phone at the time, screen was cracked and i could not see anything told them i dropped it a bunch of times he said that thats okay it'll take 40 minutes, 40 minutes later i go back in and while he is on the phone to another person, not a customer as they are speaking for excessive amounts of time when i finally get my phone back all appears fine at first however as i eventually noticed for the small price of $85 you can get new screen, loss of speaker usage completely, a completely ruined battery and utter loss of touch screen ability. DO NOT RECOMMEND. These guys are scammers at their finest.

Had a great experience here. Sarfi was very helpful in fixing my scratched and slightly cracked screen on the spot. It took 2 hours, however the result was excellent and my phone screen now looks brand new. It was moderately priced but then tech stuff always is especially when the job is done professionally.Thank you and I will be recommending your work to family, friends and work colleagues!!!

Got glass back replaced due crack. After fix display failed within a week. It started with minor flickering, then the entire display failed green and white - completely unusable - right before I leave for holidays.The tech is nice guy, but honestly the quality of work according to reviews does seem to be an issue.

My iPhone had a shattered glass screen. I picked it up within the hour and it looked like new. Good price for the repair !! Thanks
