Bright & Beautiful (B&B) Dry Cleaners

I have been taking my clothes to be dry cleaned for over 8 years. Today I was shocked to experience a extremely lady serve me which I have never encountered.. I was short of $1 and was told that I had to leave all the items there until the invoice had been paid. I was a little annoyed as I was parked not so far and I mentioned to her that I would give her the shortfall which I wasnt going to run with it. She didn't seemed pleased so I disregarded her and proceeded to collect the dollar and was about to throw it at her because of the bitchiness and rudeness she displayed...... I will be making a further complaint to the. Manager. This type of behaviour in unacceptable.

I had an oil stain on a nice winter jacket, I thought there was no way of getting it out but these lovely people got it out and my jacket is better than new! Thank you

I'm disappointed with the quality of work. I got 3 jackets dry cleaned that were not even cleaned, I could see my hair and lint as it is. Pretty bad service. I don't even want to give them a single star. Guys do not go to this place.

Absolutely devastating service! Multiple of my cotton clothes were returned in a very bad condition and the business took no responsibility. Do not come here.

I always thought they were pretty professional and being open late allowed me to drop in after work which was really convenient ... until a silk blouse was torn and is irreparable. It was probably the most expensive blouse I have ever bought. Never going back again.

The people at the dry cleaners were very nice and polite. Their honesty in telling customers what they are unsure of is also admirable.

I had this terrible greasy stain on my jacket from lunch, and I thought there was no getting rid of it. When I took my jacket to the shop, the woman at the counter was very friendly and helped me out right away!After coming back, the stain had vanished! Will be coming back, and I definitely recommend this dry cleaning store for any other people like me!The service was friendly, the prices were fair, and they were great at cleaning!
