The owner was very enthusiastic about showing me the products (Luminox watches). I appreciate that. However, after it became apparent the he doesn’t know anything about what movement powered his watches, he was still being fairly pushy in trying to get me to buy the watch. I walked away feeling weird.

Great service .. very helpful in taking care of my daughter's jewellery needs..Nothing was hard...Will definitely go back and NOT be disappointed .

Went in to look around for my future godsons baptism necklace. Asked the woman behind the counter to point me in the direction to them. I politely asked her if I was able to take a photo of the selection to share them with the mother of the child I will be christening to make sure she likes it - to which the lady said “well not really because we have had instances where people are sharing our designs to other businesses”. I asked again politely as the mother lives very far away and is the only way I can make sure she is involved in the selection or the necklace. The sale lady huffed and opened the draw to the jewellery hesitantly. Will not step foot in the store again as it was unwelcoming, the salesperson clearly could not be bothered to be there, and was clearly not fazed by missing out on a sale in a VERY quiet store.

I have bought quite a lot of items from Temelli Jewellery Southland over the years. Antoinette has been amazing with her help and knowledge. Nothings to much trouble. This time I bought 2 rings, one sapphire and diamonds and one emeralds and diamonds. Beautiful statement rings. AAA service.
