Exceptional customer service from the team at Ironman , we had a roof top conversion done , plus a few bits and pieces and we are very happy.Special call out to Adam Green who kept us up to date along the way.Our expectation's were exceeded. It was a great experience, even the owner (sorry didn't catch his name ) popped over and wanted to make sure we were happy and if we needed anything to call the store or pop in anytime. Very disappointing organisation of their clearance day. They advertised and said on the day first in best dressed" which was clearly a lie as they kept it under wraps they were pre-selling all the bull bars and roof racks. I was there an hour before opening to get one of the bull bars

I put these shock absorbers on in 2018 and had one trip to Uluru and back before Covid-19 lock down forced us into hibernation for almost 2 years. I go the rig out and went for a lap of Australia. We didn't pick the easiest roads - Strzelecki track, Savannah Way, Nathan river Road, Gibb River Road, Kalumburu Road, Mitchel Track. We let the tyres down and drove quite slow and was pretty disappointed to look at these after the Gibb River road to find one of the shockers melted and oil leaking out of it. I am not sure these are made for off road use.

Bought an XTR awning, went back for a wall kit on a Saturday morning. There was an issue locating them, left without the wall kit I had paid for, but did have a firm promise that it would be sorted early in the week. Had it delivered to my door, by a staff member in their own time. Cannot ask for better service than that. Thanks guys. Will be back I'm sure.

We bought a bullbar which we were under the impression EVERYTHING was included. We found out the brackets for the sensors weren't included with the bullbar in the box. We spoke to ironman in dandy first call the guy had no idea what we were talking about, gave a return phone number, got nothing back. Few hours later called back and the guy said yeah we have them in stock, we could grab them whenever. Got the pack home and there were only 4 brackets. There are 6 sensors, 2 different brackets. Called and they have none and still waiting 1 WEEK LATER. Worst experience ever. Should have gone ARB.
