My first visit to LC was in Nov 2020 and then again in Jan 2021. I trusted LC to do a brow henna on me for the first time and was happy with the result. I enjoyed the clean, calm and spacious place. Since I thought the brow henna was too dark for me, I returned again today to try a brow maintenance (tint + wax) with Simone herself. I must say that she spent enough time with me to help me understand that I did not require the tint and the brow shape was restored to my choice. Try to take a 'before' photo of your best brows to show LC a reference photo! Simone not only did my brow wax but refunded me the difference of the amount I paid for the tint (which we did not do after all). I was very happy with the customer service, lack-of-excessive-tweezing (which LC made note of from my first visit) and efficiency. Will be back xx

I have been seeing Simone at Lash Cartel for many years. The fact that I am regularly asked if my lashes are my own rather than where I have them done is a testament to the impeccable and consist level of work that Simone produces. People just cannot tell if they are extensions or not!

Lash Cartel was my saviour last year after a terrible lash experience at one of the salons in South Yarra. Not only Simone and her team repaired my damaged lashes, they also suggested the most perfect set of lashes for me. My lashes grow very fast so I get to visit the girls at Lash Cartel quite often and every time they offer the most amazing services. Simone and Steph always listen to the clients and make sure you look and feel beautiful. All of the products are of the highest quality and do not damage natural lashes. I have been a client of Lash Cartel for a year now and have not disappointed me once. If you want great service and high quality lash extensions, Lash Cartel is the best place for that!

Heard good things about lashes here but I had my brows done.I would not recommend them. I wasn’t happy with the service I received - nothing with my brows went right and when I gave them an opportunity to fix them and retain me as a customer they said they would need to charge me again...I paid $70 for tint and shape which is steep to begin with. To fix them they said it would cost me an additional $80 to use henna instead.The ‘goodwill discount’ was that they weren’t going to charge me $45 for a reshape service.They essentially blamed me for not speaking up in the moment. I know the customer isn’t always right (I work in retail) but when someone receives a tailored service and need something adjusted to be happy it’s the least they can do. The shape was off, the colour was off and they legit left hair behind that a beginner beautician wouldn’t leave.

Simone is the best in the lash business! I have been seeing Simone for a few years and I always get compliments on my full volume lashes that look so natural. I love waking up with a face that is ready to go and that's how you will feel with Lash Cartel lashes. Goodbye mascara forever. Simone & her team are absolutely incredible at what they do! They create such an authentic and natural set and work to your face and eye shape. I've been to a lot of different Lash Studios but I've never been as happy as I have with Lash Cartel. Best in Melbourne, hands down!
