I recently saw Rhi for a sore lower back, I had seen many other health professionals who were not able to treat my issue. My experience from reception, to the treatment, to the follow up call made me feel like I was a number 1 priority! I have now signed up to the clinical pilates which I have never done before and I am loving it!

Big shout out to Rhiarna @ Inner Balance... I damaged my knee 'out of hours' and needed physio to get back on track at Hidden Valley the following day. Rhiarna flexed her schedule and fitted me in not once, but twice - solved the knee prob - and then followed up with text checking how I was doing. Outstanding!SydneyRCR66.
