Imagine this: it’s 2300 hours. You’ve just gotten your wee one to sleep, but noticed she has finished the last of the milk. What do you do? She will wake up thirsty at 0300 to be sure. Boom. 7-Eleven Eltham is there for you, radiating a warmth and comfort. And packing perfectly cromulent 2litre jugs of full cream milk. Victory tastes milky tonight.

Not helpful when an app deal wasn't working. Touched my phone without my permission to point at something on the app, gross.

Worst customer experience. Went inside to buy 2 items, pay, and after the attendant starts walking away I have to ask him for the receipt.Look at the receipt, and can see that what I've been charged for one of the items is more than the price displayed on the fridge.Point this out, and the attendant starts complaining about other staff not having swapped out the price tags.Ask for the difference in the cost and he says I have to contat 7-11 customer service.Ask for a refund for the entire transaction instead and the attendant says ok, but instead charged me again for the transaction, so now I have paid twice, but leave my items behind because I think I've been refunded (until I check my bank statement).Staff here are dishonest, apparently.

Rude and ordinary.Mumbai is your best bet for these arrogant halfwits.Manners. They don't exist here.

Left my mobile phone by accident inside. As soon as I got to work rung to advise my details to see if my phone was found. What I found baffling is all the while my husband was tracking my phones movement only to discover my phone was at this 7eleven for a long while & then went all the way to Glen Waverley 7Eleven & also stopped there for a while. The whole time we rung my phone no one answered. When we sent an sms basically threatening the phone was being tracked, it somehow appeared all the way there & was advised to collect from there. What’s ironic is when I asked in GLEN Waverley how they found my phone they told me the exact place I left it even though I left it in Eltham at the exact spot! How did my phone move across town at the same store & found at the same spot? Clearly a staff member stole it. How shameful & very stupid to try and steal a phone. I hope the manager/owner reads this. I hope people see this. I will never give this place business again. VERY DISHONEST

As usual, lying about coffee machine cleaning. One of them is working, I can see it but they don’t want to walk there and do the coffee because of this stupid night window thing. Very annoying.

Called in after work on Tuesday 15/3/22 and topped up my tank. $90 (approximately 42 ltrs). My car consistently gets minimum 500km range from its 63ltr tank when commuting. Car has been running like a pig since Tuesday and tonight my low fuel light came on (10ltrs remaining) having travelled 220km on that tank. Refilled at a local Shell and it’s running perfect again. I suggest your management checks the contents of your tanks for contamination. Luckily this particular car is quite basic and resilient. I’d expect a few later model cars in the area will be suffering

My experience here was good. Petroleum was reasonable, customer service rep met me with a smile. Drinks are cold and the store is clean. Only reason it looses 1 star is due to flaked yellow paint on the parking bays, apart from that it’s a good overall store that other 7/11”s need to use as a baseline for what the store SHOULD be.

Ridiculous NO ENTRY policy between 11pm and 5am, even though sign on the window says Just press the buzzer to let us know you're at the door"!Came to the store at 1:50am after being inside the Yallambie store just 10 minutes earlier. Arrived at the Eltham store since Yallambie didn't have an item in stock. When I knocked on the door (No buzzer) the attendant asks me to come to the window. I asked him if he can open the door and let me in and he tells me "Only through the window. Tell me what you're after and I'll get it for you". Is that a joke??? Never even I had that policy in ANY other 7-11 store!He tells me that this is night time policy
