this company has wasted three months of my time. they have been constantly rescheduling and double booking appointments. I have been moving furniture in and out of my house preparing for them to sand my floors. It has been a massive hassle. They should have been honest and informed me that they had overscheduled, that way i could have found another company. I would have thought booking three months in advance would be enough notice. But they have been giving my appointments to other customers without consulting me. I have a busy schedule too, and i cant deal with this circus.

Great experience! The SCQ crew did an impeccable job on my floors. Kept me informed in the lead up and throughout, left the site clean when they finished. Couldn't ask for better service.
