Recent new resident..3 minute stroll to Marina beautiful absolutely beautiful, other residents very welcoming and friendly staff same. My 2 bedroom unit, spacious, lovely up to date kitchen bathroom same,newly painted inside and out, new flooring throughout. Just a lovely place to retire, no having to do any maintenance on unit, maintenance person looks after...yeah!
