Had a very relaxing lunch here. Great food and good value considering it is waterfront restaurant. Sticky date pudding is amazing! What Made the place special was the singer with a lovely voice and good choice of songs ❤️. Will definitely return.

The vibe in this place is a pub that’s trying to be a nightclub that’s trying to be a restaurant.That said, service was great. Very attentive staff checking in to see what else we needed and were happy to answer any questions.The food was reasonably priced and was kind of what you would expect as a counter meal in a pub. The shared plates and mains were pretty good, and a good dessert selection.

We ate at Edge twice this summer, once for breakfast and once for dinner. It's a nice, large venue which is always busy. You've got the option of sitting outdoors and soaking up the waterfront, or sitting inside which has music pumping and a pub like attitude.We were really impressed because the service was friendly and fast. The food was also hearty and tasty, and they've got the staff to serve large groups of people. Worth a visit at any time of the year.

Disappointed to be honest. We eat here 6-8 times a year, mostly on bike nights, and rides down to Geelong and have never had any issues.We were seated and were served for drinks and told it was table service. 35 minutes later, I had to go inside and ask for someone to come and take our order, 5 minutes later our order was taken another 45 minutes later our food came out. We ordered ontray pulled pork sliders, My wife ordered a Parma, 2 kids meals and a soft shell crab prawn risotto.Parma was stock standard, kids meals were half full of salard, and the fish and chips were 4 pieces of flat heat the size of my pinki finger. My risotto was over salted and plain and looked to be half a soft shell crab.The restaurant was busy but not every table was taken. The staff seemed to be young ladies who were not trained well in table service.

You wanna spend a nice weekend in Geelong, definitely, have to start from Edge. The venue has good cocktails and mocktails, too, with live music during the day - what better than that. The staff is polite and friendly and can give you suggestions regarding the food as well.

Food was okay, nice area and vibes. However, the service is extremely slow and the servers lack attentiveness. The food itself comes out quite quick, but we found ourselves waiting to get their attention every time we needed something.Took nearly 30 minutes to order our food after getting drinks. Then no one came to clear our plates for over 40 minutes after eating. We had to ask to get someone to clear our plates & it still took another 10 minutes, with one staff member coming to get one plate and then didn’t come back. No one was coming over to check in on drinks, we got told it’s table service whenever we tried to get a drink at the bar, yet no server was coming over, we had to get their attention and ask for someone to come over every time.Ordered coffees & finally someone finished clearing our plates after they dropped the coffees off.I also looked around and saw the same thing was happening with other tables. A couple next to us had dirty empty plates on their table for over an hour with no one coming over.We saw a lot of the servers avoiding eye contact with customers and talking amongst themselves.They were all nice enough, but just lacked professionalism. I too am in the hospitality industry, so I understand some days aren’t the best & things can slip, but it was enough that my whole family was a little confused at the lack of service and a bit frustrated. Although it did begin to get busy, it was not busy at the start of our lunch, so did not know why it was taking so long for someone to come over to us. There did not seem to be efficient and running sections & it was very disappointing. I don’t believe I will book there again in the future, neither will my family unfortunately.The team at Edge definitely need to be trained a bit more on table service.

Location; fabulous spot, was greeted by a lovely guy. Shame our table was dirty from the last booking, but that happens at a booked out location.Drinks - large selection & cocktails were delicious & quick to arrive.Main - risotto was surprisingly fresh, not heavy, & very tasty. Parma was massive!!Dessert - peanut butter chocolate cheesecake. The top part of cream, chocolate soil and chocolate sauce was ok, but the actual peanut butter cheesecake" part was inedible - was so salty neither of us could eat it.Service- apart from the initial
