Absolutely TERRIBLE service on the phone from TAYLOR. She was as RUDE as EVER and did not trust what I was saying even though other employees told me I could bring our kitten back for a vaccination. Do not call and speak to TAYLOR she is absolutely such a rude person to deal with. TERRIBLE, Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. NO ONE needs to be spoken to with how she spoke to me!!!!!!! They need her to call me to apologise, that was such disgusting behaviour!!Too bad I can't give a 0 r .5 stars out of 5.

Be good if the phone wasn't always off the hook or simply not answered. Why say you are open at 8 when you cant visit before 11 and you have NOONE in the office?

I know they have to be careful on who takes animals but the staff are quite officious and superior in an unfriendly way

The rescue centres around the country have great animals who need caring and loving homes and the RSPCA is very well run. I had a great experience with RSPCA Darwin, my friend adopted a cat. Highly recommended adopting a dog or cat instead of buying and also the staff taking a lot of care for their animals.

This Darwin RSPCA is very well run and has the best staff taking a lot of care for their animals. Please don’t buy from social media sites. The rescue centres around the country have great animals who need caring and loving homes.

The staff at RSPCA Darwin are incredibly rude - like most of the other comments here state as well. Why bother working at an animal shelter if you show zero desire to help abandoned animals? The image of being a caring non-profit seems like a total front. I hope the animals are not being further distressed/harmed at this location.
