Extremely average. Hired for a four hour clean on a small two bedroom townhouse and came home to dirt and hair still on the floor and beside the furniture, fans downstairs not wiped, dust on furniture, light fittings etc. Kitchen benches, window sills, blinds and appliances not wiped. Even moved the curtain downstairs and there was a piece of wrapping paper that had been caught there so obviously not moved at all. Bathroom was cleaned nicely (although everything from the shower and bench had been placed on the landing which we then had to put back in to place) and most tracks were wiped out. I was told they started upstairs and worked down however the lamps, back of tv and window sills upstairs hadn't been wiped over either. I voiced my concerns and was told I would receive a list of things that they did do which would have been great so I could see what I was missing but still have not received it two weeks later. I was going to just let it go but honestly, for $45 an hour I definitely expected more.
