Customer service was good. Donuts were pretty subpar. Donuts were dry, not fluffy or soft. Flavours were not particularly interesting. We had a vegan jam donut and a regular mars donut. Would not order again.

These donuts are delish! Swaying on the side of classic flavours they’re not works of art but with flavours like lemon meringue, jam and cream, classic chocolate, they are crowd pleasers for young and old. They’re not crazy sweet and over done like some other fancy donut places. Excellent value and so fluffy and light. My pick is definitely anything with fresh cream and jam or custard - they’re out of this world and you won’t find them elsewhere as fresh and soft. No mock cream to be seen! We’ve been to the store and ordered delivery. Family favourite.

This one is located at the entrance of the shopping center and if you come in from the underground car park, this is just on the left side of the escalator. very convenient to come and buy. Fresh delicious donuts.My favorite is always the cream cheesecake.

I’ve been eating Daniels donuts for years and recently been buying from the Carnegie store, but they are always so stale and gross from here. Would rather travel further to Springvale and get a nice tasting donut.

Friendly to unsweetened lover. Buy six can save 6 bucks, how can I resist.Taro cream, matcha cream and tiramisu cream are recommended.BTW, the durian cream donuts only available on Wednesday!

Good range and attractive looking donuts, shop closes later than others which is good for someone sweet tooth in the night. One star missing for the flavours as they are not too rich, feel like just different colour of custards. Good deal for 6 donuts tho.

While I understand that costs go up and so will prices however shrinking the donuts to save money is simply wrong.Their answer below doesn't go far enough when it comes to the shrinking size of their donuts.And worse the jam they use in the classic jame donut is too sweet!
