Urban Veg - Raised Wicking Beds

We can only speak very highly of Dom from Urban Veg Raised Wicking Beds from start to finish he was to his word. We could not wait to start sowing and I like to share some photos. Highly recommend Dom. His attention to detail was unbelievable.We have started to harvest our winter greens already. I wish I could add photos however I can not work out how !

So pleased we decided to install a wicking bed. Dom went above and beyond - on what became a very wet rainy day. Came back to finish within a few days. Hard working, friendly and very informative, explaining clearly how it all works. Looking forward to our own home grown vegetables. Highly recommend.

Wow,Imagine a company that turns up on time on the correct day. 2 beds erected and complete in an afternoon.Dom and crew where quick, neat and built exactly what I pictured and we saw on site.Then cleaned up and left our premises neat and tidy.Explained all, ingredients in the beds, timing before use, watering (or lack of it) of the wicking beds etc.We no longer need to bend to garden, important when date of birth is many decades ago.

Love the wicking beds that were custom made for a tight spot. Dom was awesome to work with.

Update 2 months on...Absolutely amazing! I have herbs 2-4 times the size of those in my garden pots planted at the same time. And everything is so healthy and happy. The wicking really works and Dom has crafted it perfectly. THANK YOU!So happy with my raised wicking garden bed!! It looks great and I love that it will self-fertilise and that watering is occasional. Dom is so professional and its obvious that he loves what he does. From the very first communication by email, to the quote that was easy to compare different options with complete cost transparency, to the site visit to finalise the plans and then the installation; everything just moved along super smoothly and efficiently. I had some particular requests in regards to vegan and organic soil mix and to make one side of the bed into a small seat, and it was all accommodated with ease and in fact I could tell Dom really enjoyed the challenge! It was also to be installed on a small slope so Dom had a few great solutions to choose from. As the garden bed is in my front yard, within the first few hours I had people asking me where they could get one as it just looks so good and really functional. I'm so excited to see it full of herbs and veggies!! Thank you so much Dom for offering such an amazing service and product. I'll be sharing your details with everyone I know! :))))
