Richard and his team managed to turn around our floor repairs swiftly to assist us with the sale of our property. He was professional and everything about the process was transparent. Excellent service from start to finish. I had a small hole in my solid jarrah floorboards that required filling. It is hard to get good trades these days, let alone ones for small jobs. Customer service and response to my initial quote request was very prompt, technician was friendly and on time and communicated very well, and I’m extremely pleased with the result - you wouldn’t even be able to tell that work has been done or that there was ever a hole to begin with. I would highly recommend and will use them again for future needs. Thank you Richard and Rick!

Richard and his team fixed my parquetry floors and they look AMAZING!Richard was always responsive to enquiries and on time for appointments. He was very helpful and easy to deal with.I also had new jarrah floorboards put into 1 room to match the existing 2 rooms. The new room matched really well to the existing rooms!My Husband and I are very pleased with the job the Timber Floor Doctor team did and would highly recommend them for any floor jobs!Thank you for our gorgeous floors!

This is the second time The Timber Floor Doctor has come to my rescue. First time, I had a big mark right in the centre of my spotted gum floor and they managed to conceal and fix it so well that you couldn't see it. Today they came and fixed my solid bamboo floor where a tenant had put a pot plant on it. Once again it is so well fixed and concealed. I highly recommend them without any hesitation. Thanks guys brilliant work!

Requested a repair and restore of our bamboo flooring. Got a messy, amateurish filler job (see photo) and so called deep clean which had no visible effect.Update: Thank you to this business owner for his response and action taken after my review. He has since provided a satisfactory resolution (full refund) for the issues.
