My partner and I went to about 5 stores mattress shopping today and OMF was the only place that made us feel welcome and and understood without the forcing, expectation or assumption that we were buying that product. We were served by Lisa who was very kind and just listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect mattress as well as gave us all the information we could have needed without being pushy. This service was a big reason we decided to go with OMF for our mattress. Thankyou for the great experience :)

Lisa, who helped us, was great, very knowledgeable on the products, friendly but also not in our face, and even remembered our faces/preferences on our second visit.
