Shiran and team renovated our 3 bedroom house in Melbourne to the highest of standards. He was honest, transparent, timely and professional. Shiran provided us with comprehensive building advice based on the site we had. As a knockdown/rebuild home and were unsure on what some of the variable costs could be. One of the most sigficant factors was the foundations/slab. As the original soil report provided for an initial result of a simple Slab construction, the second test determined a series of screwpiles - 55 in total between 2.2 & 2.8m length. Shiran's advice on cost and execution was invaluable and would definitely consider building a lasting home with him whilst helping us save 50% of the additional cost which we had been quoted elsewhere as a variation".
