We purchased an Australian made lounge suite from Julian & Liz Barrington-Smith who instead of retiring set up Narooma Betta Home Living store staffed by locals. They & their staff made buying local easy & worthwhile. From Tom, Jeannie & Tracey in sales, Nick in the store to the two hard working delivery men Luke & Anthony who were so careful getting it thru tight openings & then setting it all up for us. Liz & the team at Betta Narooma always go out of their way to assist their Customers. After my washing machine died they organised next day delivery for me (for a small extra fee) The delivery guys came out and set the new machine up and took away my broken one which is great service & I highly recommend them to others. Great Service, Products & Prices. Thanks to you all.

I was desperate for a fridge with mine dying the week of Christmas. The team were friendly and knowledgeable about their products and assisted me to get the right one for my needs. The store had a wide variety of products and plenty of parking spaces. It was an easy experience shopping here and I will do it again.

I had to purchase some white-goods which unfortunately I needed urgently. The staff member was aware of the predicament I was in, but I still got a great deal.The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They unpacked the goods, dealt with the packing material so I didn’t have to and helped me load the goods into my truck. I wish everything was that easy.Highly recommended.
