Thank you to the kind pharmacist who was able to explain further about a particular medication my doctor suggested and ease my concerns. When I was unable to come in to buy the prescription, he remembered my husband was coming in and was extremely helpful to us both.

I do go a lot to this store, I admit, I go for make up, haircare, prescriptions, and vitamins. They only lose one star because I witnessed a lady using all of the make up samples/testers to put on a full face of make up, not just to try a little bit, but the whole full face. When I informed the cashier she said it happened and shrugged her shoulders and didn't give a care in the world.

The worst medical centre I have ever been to. Sat for 2 hours with my 98 year old father. Made an appointment at 11 got in at 1 pm. Shocking. And not one staff member came to check on us or apologise for delays. The office staff do not space appointments out properly. The Dr Sidra Rehman was lovely but also stressed due to this. She didn't even have time for lunch. I politely told the receptionist my complaint and she dismissed me arrogantly. Just absolutely a terrible experience. Also the blood pressure machine broke and staff entered the medical room willy nilly without knocking on us and every patient I saw go in.

Could you please advertise your correct business hrs on the website and a clear notice on your doors. Several times now the chemist has been closed a lot earlier than advertised hrs. This can be difficult for people without transport and people after work. Thanks

When I walked in a young man with a moustache asked me 'how's it going'? I smiled. Suffering a migraine, the less movement or talking the better for me. He sarcastically said 'oh that's good' at my lack of response. I then did speak and said 'I did smile' he just smirked!! I decided to let it go and kept walking only to have a young woman, also working there, walk straight into me, no apology or acknowledgement. Guess what? I kept walking straight back outside and to the Amcal Chemist down the road!!

Wouldn't order my medication without my script due to price. Was told it would be in next day. It wasn't and when inasked for my script so I could go elsewhere they couldn't find it.

I purchased my normal medication here to which I was charged $50. I thought oh there must have been a price increase because normally I paid $31 from the discount chemist in Botany. I was in Botany for work and popped in to get my script filled and guess what. Still $31. How can there be such a massive price difference?
