Been trying for over 2 weeks to get a treadmill delivered with no reply saying technical issues over text!!!! Rubbish still waiting for them to reply with over a dozen text, website and voicemail messages

BEWARE!!!I hired a treadmill in April 2017 for three months. It took a while to collect but it finally was.My credit card has just been charged again 12 months later!!They seemingly haven't received my SMS's and phone calls to reverse this payment.CROOKS!!!!!

I recently rented an item and when I contacted Ezygym to arrange return they prematurely debited my account another 3 month rental and said the manager was on holiday and collection had to wait until his return.The item was then collected 3 weeks later. I have requested the additional rental be reimbursed as I gave the necessary notice to terminate the rental, but because the owner was on holidays, I am out of pocket and the item returned in perfect condition.No calls have been answered to rectify this and therefore I will do my best to not recommend using this service to anyone.

This company needs to shut down for “FALSE ADVERTISEMENT”. I ordered a treadmill on Monday and like every dissappointed customer did not receive any follow up via email or sms since they dnt talk to you. Their site states “will contact after two days (48 hrs) before delivery” and NO REPLY, poor outcome. I text and email NO REPLY. On Friday a response via sms “Driver on holiday” B$&@! So I gave my response as one unhappy customer. Dont even bother with this company you will be wasting your time. This company wensite should be banned from advertising online.
