This place is just waiting to close down since one of the Male Hairstylist, Lawrence, left the Saloon! The Owner called Ben is just for plain RUDE and he has no customer service at all. I came in with an appointment and showed him the hair colour Lawrence used to do for me but he said he doesn’t know how to do it and is not confident at all that he can produce the same results! I told him I have been patronising his Saloon for 2yrs and been having the same colour multiple times! This shows how lack of skills and unprofessional he is, since the male hairstylist left, this Saloon is just going Down the drains! I am taking my business elsewhere for sure!

I have been getting my haircut here for many years.I have relocated from the area but I keep coming back to them. Service is good and the hairstylist is very professional. The price is very affordable, they honour their regulars and charge me the same rate as they did 8 years ago!

Ben is good man. Look after his baby all the time as well. and hard working. If anyone can work with him just contact to him. Hairdresser or assistant.

I bought this voucher for hair straightening for $109. Went there on 5 Nov and was told I need to pay extra $50. I said my hair is above shoulder length so I shouldn't be paying extra to which I was told it is because my hair is thick. I agreed to pay. Got the treatment done by spending $159 and more than 4 hours. Followed right instructions ( I do this treatment ever year so I clearly know what do do and what not to do). 4 days later, washed my hair and noticed it wasn't straight as it was promised and what I paid for. Visited again, spent another 4 hours and again it is the same result. I contacted them and advise of this and sent pics. I got it done this time as I was going overseas for a wedding. Now my hair doesn't look like what I wanted and I don't have time to get it fixed. Their response is, come back and we will do it again. I told them I am not going to come back and waste another 4 hours and do further damage to my hair. I have already spend $159 and more than 8 hours. Least they could have done was refund as Cleary they did not provide service I paid for, leave apart my waste of time and damage done to my hair.I would not recommend this place at all.

Great staff, knew one since I was 10. The hair cutters are pretty stylish and can do plenty of stuff

I have gotten my regrowth permanently straightened elsewhere several times, however decided to give this place a go. I came here last week to get my regrowth permanently straightened. I had the worst results, although my hair became ‘straight’, the ‘regrowth’ area which I got done was extremely puffy and big. I can’t even wear all my hair entirely down because it looks soo puffy, and it’s embarrassing. I’ve never experienced something like this before. I went back to show the hairdresser who did it and he didn’t help at all, and kept saying there was nothing he could do about it. In the end he quickly put a ‘treatment’ in it saying maybe it’ll help, even though it didn’t. I don’t recommend this place at all. Absolutely hate my results from this place.

Very poor customer service just ruined my hair and tried to rip me off..never wanna go back.will not recommend to anyone.

Wouldn’t recommend if you are using Groupon as they will come up with excuses to charge you extras. Service was pretty average (short staff).

Reasonably price and good customer services. Listens to the customers needs. Recommended hair salon.
