My experience with Ezy Fix was both positive and negative. Thankfully it finished on a positive note. When the technician first replaced my windscreen, I experienced a whistling noise coming through the screen anytime I went over 60km/hr. Brett, the technician involved came back out and completely replaced the windscreen but I still had the same issue again. On the third and final time, he was able to solve the problem and I haven't had any issues since. I was really impressed by their customer service and I'm really happy I went with Ezy Fix because they stand by their work.

My windscreen cracked on a Thursday and Ezy Fix were supposed to arrive by 9.30am the following Monday. Just before they were due to arrive, I received a text saying they were running late and that I would receive a phone call to update me. I called them at 10.30am when I hadn't heard from them and was told by the customer service representative Ram, that Dan the glass technician would arrive around midday. By 1pm Dan hadn't arrived yet so I called Ezy Fix again and was told by Ram that Dan would call me straight back to update me on where he was. By 1.30pm I called EzyFix again because I still hadn't heard back. When Dan finally called back he said that he still needed to pick up my windscreen glass and that he would arrive by 4pm. At 3pm Ezy Fix called me and told me that they would have to reschedule me to Tuesday morning because Dan's van had mysteriously 'broken down.' By now I was very disappointed and annoyed that I had been inconvenienced all day but Ezy Fix 100% guaranteed and promised me that Dan would arrive by 8am on Tuesday to fix my windscreen. He NEVER showed up the next day. There was not even a courtesy phone call for an explanation why and no phone call to offer an apology for wasting my time.If I could give a Google review of zero, I would. I have since taken my business elsewhere and would definitely not recommend Ezy Fix windscreens to anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service and what an unprofessional and disgraceful way to treat your customers!! Ezy Fix Windscreens, you should be embarrassed and ashamed of yourselves!!

Most competitive price from 4 quotes that I received. They came to my office the next morning and replaced my windscreen in under half an hour. Easy to deal with, polite and friendly. Recommended and will use them again.

Found these guys on line and they were either close to or over half the price of other quotes that I obtained. There was a delay in the glass arriving into Sydney and Ram remained in contact to keep me updated. Brett the technical arrived on time, did the job and cleaned up afterwards. A real pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend these guys.
