Of 3 cleans I paid for, only 1 was any good and worth the money paid. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone and customer service is poor. After 2 poor cleans in a row, my emails went ignored and there was very little attempt at finding a resolution that anyone would be happy with

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Late, poor quality, poor value, not professional, not responsive!Paid for a deep clean and has been the worst cleaning job I’ve experienced. Staff are totally incompetent and when you ask for a re-do or refund they promise they’ll get back to you and then never do…. I’m disputing the transaction with my bank! FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!

Zero stars if I could. Do not use this company. I booked a 2 hour ($130) clean for my 2.5 bathrooms. I was not home at the time and my mother let the cleaner" in. He left after 70 minutes and did the worst "cleaning" job I could ever describe. The photos speak for themselves. He didn't even take out the rubbish

Terrible experience. The guy cleaned my whole house with a chux wipe. He had no bucket, sponges, scrubbing tools etc. He even used my own toilet paper to wipe down my mirrors leaving them streaky with spray & wipe. He obviously had no training as he was vacuuming inside my shower?? Didn't bother to wipe down spills on benches, missed large areas of vacuuming etc.The company refuse to provide a solution despite their happiness guarantee". They'll even use the excuse that purchasing a 2 hour clean means that not everything will get cleaned. It's a small 2 bed 1 bath unit. So unprofessional."

This business operate in the shadows.They do not have an office in Brisbane yet advertise they do so.BLATANT “FALSE PRETENCES”Police should investigate this company .They employ sub-contractor cleaners and omit with the least excuse, to pay the sub-contractors.They cheat the clients also out of refunds and turn a total blind eye, to resolution of any financial complaint from customers.It is well documented in complaints that Effly take and retain monies from well meaning customers, yet refuse to give the funds for a myriad of reasons.Effly lie and cheat as part of their business model -There is no resolution for the sub-contractors or the unfortunate customers who don’t go along with their crooked and unsavoury business…,Effly need to be investigatedWARNING to Sub-ContratorsDo not sign up with this bad ethics organisation. They will cheat you after you have done the work and find every excuse not to pay the sub-contractors.Anyone having had business dealing with this company who have been either cheated or maligned, or had monies taken from credit cards and not refunded.Contact the writer

If I could give zero star, I would definitely do. Booked for bond cleaning service. Cleaner showed up late but I need to be at work thus I could not be present. Later the cleaner arrived at the building with little cleaning equipment, the property manager had a discussion with the cleaner and she did not feel confident in conducting a bond cleaning service. The property manager called the head office in person and the office promised not to charge me late cancellation fee. I contacted the so called customer sales team leader who did not even leave her name. She refused to communicate with the head office or the property manager and insisted on charging me late cancellation fee in a very unprofessional manner. Strongly NOT recommend this cleaning company.

the service given at Effly has been the worst.I had booked to clean my place for 12pm. I received word the day before they changed the booking to 2pm and then when that time came, no one turned up. I contacted support and the best they could do was reschedule my clean for the next day. However, they STILL charged me the $400+ for the clean with nothing done.This is incredibly unprofessional and incredibly disappointed with this level of service.

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY Absolute scam of a company. Happy to charge but then don’t show up, sub optimal cleaning if they do arrive (once out of four bookings and only half clean conducted 2 hours late)Refuse to issue refund for services paid for but unable to be used due to their own incompetence. We are out of pocket and Effly not responsive to almost daily emails. Constituting theft, has been reported to VCAT

Avoid this company at all costs.I booked for this cleaning company to complete a 3 hour clean before I came back from overseas on holiday. I have a small 3 bed, 1 bath/toilet, 1 sitting room apartment.I booked for 3 hours to give them enough time. I know that in 3 hours I can have my place looking absolutely spotless.When I returned I was really angry that they had done a very basic flick over clean,. There were dust bunnies everywhere, the sinks were dirty, nothing had been lifted up or cleaned properly. IT LOOKED LIKE IT HADN'T BEEN CLEANED AT ALL.I emailed and sent photos of all the non cleaning and got a response from Norjie saying that I hadn't booked for long enough and that a reclean or refund was not an option.Even with photos she said this.I think 3 hours to clean a small apartment that is very tidy anyway is plenty of time.It's fraudulent to charge people money for a service and then not deliver on that service. I paid $190.Don't use this service if you actually want your house cleaned. These companies just contract out casual cleaners who often are just looking for work and are useless as cleaners. The cleaners do an awful job and then clearly when you complain they say its because you didn't give them enough hours. What a joke, I mean do they want 8 hours to do a clean that normal people do in 2 hours!!!

Effly customer service was absolutely terrible. They turned up at the wrong time, didn't have right equipment and then told me they were giving me an extra 30" minutes because they had turned up unprepared. I was unable to speak with a supervisor immediately or anyone that could rectify this problem until I was forced to contact the supervisor directly. Will never use them again!"
