I used this dry-cleaning service for the first time( on Saturday) when my regular dry-cleaning in the city was unable to provide me with next day service . After then doing an internet search, I discovered Summer Hill Laundry & Dry Cleaners - just a few minutes walk away. I also saw that they were open on weekends - which not many dry-cleaners are. I also discovered that their price was a few dollars cheaper than my regular dry-cleaner . I was very happy with their service & the quality of their dry-cleaning & will definitely be using them again!

Saw a girl in here today crying with her mum that they ruined her blanket or something. Not sure the context but guy working there was saying he would only pay the cost of the blanket if he could keep the blanket. He was very rude to them and shushing them as I was near the door. Heartless. Picked up my dry cleaning and never coming back.

*****DISHONEST AND UNQUALIFIED PEOPLE WHO WONT RETURN MY OWN MONEY*****Ruined my blanket AND TRIED TO HIDE IT by folding it so the damaged parts were tucked away.BEWARE they send it to a third party to clean and not all is done themselves. Then they say it’s not their fault and out of their hands.They washed with water a dry clean only expensive blanket which was brand new with tags. I explicitly told them it’s dry clean only.I even asked them to fix it first and they said not possible which is when I asked for reimbursement. As per fair trading, if they damage and cannot repair they must reimburse the whole amount of the item.Fair trading says: “If the dry cleaner has damaged your garment or item, it is considered a major problem and they should compensate you for it. The compensation will be based on the age and condition of the article.”As the blanket was brand new I asked for full compensation.They made a partial reimbursement after hours of arguing with them and said they’ll do the rest later. After I left the store they called saying they will only refund the amount of the blanket if I let them keep the blanket. Never heard such nonsense in my life. Why do I need to give them my blanket? There’s no such thing within fair trading. They said they felt I “owed” them the blanket and it was fair they have it. WHAT A JOKEThe pair of them should be ashamed of themselves to run such a dishonest and disgusting business.Rude and cruel people.They NOW have a disclaimer in their store in tiny writing saying they aren’t responsible for lost or damaged items and aren’t responsible for reading tags on how to clean the item BEWARE I have attached this below also

Since moving into Summer hill , I've been dropping off my clothes here for dry clean each week and have been pleasantly surprised each time with how prompt and professional they are. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the local area
