2019 July: Ruth is a lovely person she is into details and knows what she is doing. I'm very confident to say she is the best helper/adviser with visa application. My partner 820 visa has just been granted with less than a year after applied in April 2020. My case was a complicated one and Ruth had done a wonderful job.
