Previous property managers over the years I have rented with Raine and Horne have been extremely diligent on getting repairs done and leasing agents are lovely and helpful. Current property manager never returns calls, takes long time to address maintenance issues, if at all.

We have been with Raine and Horne for well over 10 years and found them to be a very trustworthy and efficient organization. Staff are extremely helpful and provide good advice whenever we have a query about our rental property. It is always a pleasure to discuss issues with staff, either by phone or on the occasion when we drop by the office. They are were efficient in selecting new tenants when the property is vacant and at most we have had less than 2 weeks waiting time. They provide us with suggested list of applicants and help us to select the best application. Their regular inspection report provides pertinent detail on any issues which require attention. We are most impressed with the quality of the photos attached to the inspection report. It shows that R&H keeps us up to date with the condition of the property and shows that they provide excellent professional services. When we suggest that any repairs should be done, our faults rectified, R&H work on this immediately, provide us with two quotes for repairs and act immediately on our recommendation. Overall we wholeheartedly recommend Raine and Horne and their pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient staff.
