Extremely salty. They call this meal Chat kway teow. The pork is not fresh, the color is not right. Had the egg with rice noodle last time which was even worst. Wont come again.

What a bad service! When we walked in, we were asked what tea we’d like. We did not want any tea but asked for cold water. Then the male staff started laughing at us talking Cantonese thought we did not understand. What a service! All the good weekend dinner mood was gone! We just left with disappointment. Would never go again.

Nice chinese restaurant option in Balwyn. Food is tasty but a bit oily. Seafoods and roast duck/pork appear to be their specialty.Can be quite noisy with slow service when busy. Price is above average for this type of restaurant.

I am Chinese. I have eaten so much Chinese food in my life that it is rare that a restaurant makes me rethink what I know about Chinese food. But first, the restaurant.This is the sister restaurant to Jade Kew. Jade Kew is a more luxurious dining experience, Supreme J is more approachable. The menu items are similar, but not the same. For example, the Supreme J version of stir fried vegetables with bamboo fungus and conpoy" lacks the conpoy. However

We dined here after seeing a movie at the very closeby Balwyn Cinema. It was a good food experience. It’s a nicely appointed place with a good fit out. It was buzzing on Saturday night and a bit noisy at our table squeezed in between two others. We had some vegetarian spring rolls which were delicious. Our main dishes were deep fried king prawn, stir fried mixed seasonal vegetables - some broccoli - and Char KwayTeow. They were all very good dishes without exception. Couldn’t fault them. And, decent sized serves too. Service was good through out too and we thought the bill was very reasonable. A nice experience. Recommended.PS, the movie we saw btw was Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. It’s not for everyone, but we loved it.

This place is always crowded. Seafood was fresh, food was good, service can be improved. Came on a Tuesday, 7pm and most of the items were sold out.
