Dont get multiple piercings! I didn't get a discount for double peircings, and the discount voucher they give you is only valid for one peice of jewellry. If i did them seperately, I'd get another $5 voucher. That's such a stupid policy that i wont be going back.

They had a really good manager there at canelands, cassie, and she was the only one I was happy with as she did top quality piercings for myself. She even fixed up the piercings that were done by other staff there that very poor. I don't think she is there anymore and I will not go back because of it. I have not met a worker like her, she was fabulous and skin candy were mad to let her go. I will not return now days.

Love the fact that I made and appointment for my daughter at 10:30am told the only time they had was 1:30pm.drive all the way back only to fill out the paperwork get all the consent done to be told they can’t do it because of a new policy that was implemented months ago ….. well thank you for stuffing us around and wasting our time only to offer us a $10 voucher…. You would think your staff would know the current policies…What a joke you seriously think I want to spend any money with you after you completely stuff us around. I even asked before making the appointment about all the details of consent for her due to her age and you said everything would be fine multiple times ….. thanks for upsetting my daughter.

Got my second rook piercing done by the apprentice Jack and she did such a good job, honestly better than my other one done by a fully trained piercer

I had a couple of piercings done by Courtney, and honestly I couldn't be happier!She was fantastic to deal with - she made sure I know what to expect, and that I was happy with the placements before anything was peirced.I was super comfortable throughout the whole experience, and absolutely LOVE my new peircings - they turned out better than I expected!10/10 Will be back to get more piercings done by Courtney next time I am in Mackay!- I found all 3 staff who were working on the day to be very professional and friendly - I honestly can't fault any part of my experience with this store!

I was in the Mackay store talking to amity trying to work out the best option for me since I come in all the time and see her when jackarah come up to amity and butted in the conversation and started to talk without saying excuse means waiting and was very rude I didn’t I have noticed jackarah do it a few times and some ppl have to wait bout 5mins for her to come and see them when there was no one in the store I won’t deal with her she’s rude

Kayla was an awesome piercer. So lovely, she made the experience very pleasant. She was also very professional every step of the way.
