I'm deeply grateful for Piero Sanchez @ Momentum Mosman for treating my mum's severe arthritis since last year.When we first saw Piero, my mum was in pain and her leg was swollen and she can hardly walk. Now she is pain free and her condition improved out of sight and she has regained her mobility which we didn't think was possible (she was told by doctor that her condition can only get worse with no chance of any improvement due to her age - she is 77).Most importantly, the care and attention she received during the treatment from Piero gave her so much comfort and confidence and this is priceless.Piero is intuitive, patient (when my mum doesn't even speak English!!) and obviously is an expert in his field. We are so grateful to have found him. Thank you so much!!!!

Troy’s clinic treatment plan and home rehab exercise has been extremely effective in easing my knee, shoulder and elbow pain. Troy’s commitment to resolving issues quickly and effectively is what makes his service a standout. If you’re looking for authentic feedback, depth of knowledge and true results then Troy is your man! Amanda who runs reception also needs a special mention for her professionalism and wonderful service! I cannot recommend the Momentum team highly enough.

I am absolutely blown away by the magnificent experience I have had with Troy at Momentum physio. Not only is the overall service from the team friendly but the North Sydney branch is a real gem! It's a beautiful Yoga and Pilates studio as well as super easy to get to. I was very delighted to have had the Blue street experience as I usually go to their Mosman branch.Troy is the most thorough, professional and experienced physio I have had the pleasure to work with (and there have been more than I can count) I am sadly rather injury prone but Troy always manages to A) Rehabilitate the problem, B) Teach me something new about my body & C) Ensure I have a plan for effective recovery and preventative measures. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I have been seeing Piero for a few years now with my sport injury management, boxing and soccer. I am 29 years old and I can see so much value in going to Physio and managing my injuries to be able to optimise my performance over the long term. I see myself going to Piero until I am an old man. I also work in an office role where I am seated a lot throughout the day so regular assessment and treatment is doing me well. Very happy with the service and professionalism of Piero and his team. They love what they do and it shows in how they treat every customer. I highly recommend Piero and Momentum Physio.

Troy is my regular physio, and I’ve also seen Piero here. They are both brilliant. Troy is the first physio I’ve ever met who I felt really listened to what I was saying. He is passionate about his profession and knows it inside out. He also has extensive knowledge around my chronic conditions so I can trust him completely with my body - he’s realistic and straight up with me, whilst also educating me on how I can manage these and have some agency in that. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Momentum to anyone. 10/10

I've had several appointments with Piero now, which have all been very positive - not only effectively remediating various minor muscle injuries but also explaining what's going on detail and walking through exercises for improvement. Highly recommended

Until I went to see Troy at Momentum Physio in North Sydney I thought the practice of physiotherapy in general was a bit of a hack. As an active person in the gym, over time injuries occur. Until momentum physio, my experience with physiotherapy in general had been inadequate and never resulted any real world, long term fixes. Then I went and saw Troy. He is the only physio I have been to who offers substantial consultation, analysis, treatment and follow up. A world class standard. He is noticeably passionate about the craft of physiotherapy and in the over 2 years I have been going to see him, never once have I felt like a paycheck or that his focus is somewhere else other than solving whatever issue I am coming in with. Troy was recommended to me by a professional gymnast and I have since recommended 2 friends who have both become long term clients. I think that says it all. Everyone goes in skeptical and comes out swearing they won't go anywhere else. Thank you to Troy and the team at North Sydney for such a wonderful service!

I've been going to Momentum at North Sydney frequently over the last several months for physio and have been seeing both Troy and Piero who have been nothing short of incredible with my various injuries that have been niggling away and making daily life rather miserable and also affecting my sleep.They are both very informative and have a wealth of information about how to exercise and lift weights at the gym which has been of immense benefit in my recovery and avoid getting injured by showing me correct techniques when working out.Also its situated in a lovely yoga studio which is very calming. I have been getting treatment from Troy (in the North Sydney clinic) over the last couple of years for numerous issues including neck, shoulder, and tennis elbow. Troy does a thorough assessment, and can always work out the problem. His treatments are effective and efficient, he doesn't tell you to come back for more sessions unless you actually need it.Troy is professional, and friendly, and I trust him 100%
