Barrier Reef Pools Mandurah

Just Had our beautiful 12m Manhatten Pool installed by Barrier Reef and what a professional job was done. Dean and Sally were are pleasure to deal with in the office and James and the boys worked incredibly hard on the installation and did a perfect job and were always happy to answer my questions. Our pool looks amazing! If I had to complain about something it would only be that James's shorts could have been a little shorter ;-)

Barrier reef pools while they are bit more pricey are well worth the extra money quality of finish is just one aspect compared to other pools.Their reviews from other satisfied customers were really what sold us to go with them.There were no bad reviews, other companies were rated 50/50 as to good and bad.Dean and Sally and their team were efficient and worked well together.If I were to get another pool I would go with them again.There were no hidden costs everything was up front the whole exercise was very well executed from beginning to end.

Recently had the Manhattan 9.6m installed in the Royal Jade colour. Install went well. No delays and no additional costs.

We shopped around at different pool companies and found that only Barrier Reef were upfront and honest about their costs. We really liked the fixed pricing on offer and they were very upfront about additional costs we may encounter, such as if they hit limestone on the dig.Everything was well organised, Tony came to do a survey at our house and was extremely friendly and helpful to us, responding to any questions (unlike what we had found with other companies). The contract was drawn up and signed, no issues.About 4 weeks after we signed up, we got a call saying there was a cancellation so we could get booked in. Communication was great from the main office and the scheduling.On the day of the pool dig, the bobcat driver hit limestone but the fees for removal were not unreasonable. We had a few loads and it cost us $2000 extra plus $500 for extra sand to backfill.Our pool installer James was extremely knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. We are so pleased with the end result and knowing that we have a superior product to other pool companies. I would highly recommend James to install any paving/landscaping you have done too, Barrier Reef have his card if you are interested. He lays paving properly with a firm foundation rather than just on sand. Our paving looks amazing.Handover was very informative and we are just so excited for the good weather!What we liked the most was the communication and honesty. Another pool company we almost signed up with before going to Barrier Reef appeared cheaper at first, but in the fine print they had hardly included any bobcat hours and everything was an extra". Terriffic to deal with!I did a fair bit of research into pool companies before taking the proverbial plunge to install our new pool, and Barrier Reef Mandurah stood out as the having the best reputation for service, features and quality of installation.From the first conversations with Dean and Sally at the display showroom in Mandurah, all the way through to the installation in the depths of the coldest and wettest winter i can remember, BRP Mandurah shon through all of the gloomy little headaches that popped up, and come October, i had my wonderful new family pool all ready to go. We love it.A big thanks to Sally and Dean for all the timely responses and communication, and a big thankyou to the pool installation technican James Hammond, who not only made short work of everything with his quick pace and hard work, but took the time to do everything right. He can turn his hand to pretty much anything around your home, from Brickwork and paving to rendering and pool installation.BRP Mandurah has been a terrfiffic team to deal with!

We researched fibreglass pools over the internet before attending the Barrier Reef Pool display centre in Mandurah. This was the first time we met Dean who patiently explained to us details of our options. No question was too trivial for Dean which was appreciated as we had many of them. A detailed quote for the pool we liked was emailed to us as advised. We then decided, after seeing the display pools to add some structures around the pool like raised garden beds and water features. Again Dean patiently went through the process and obtained the relevant costs and forwarded them to us. Throughout the approval stage, building stage and even after completion the communication from all people associated with the pool was second to none. At all times we were briefed on what would happen and when it would happen and have to say that it pretty much happened that way. Dean went as far as organising the contractors to install the additional items to our pool. Any problems we had were sorted out straight away. Nothing was too much problem and we were never fobbed off. Their attitude was that we had to be happy.The end product is a credit to all people involved with Barrier Reef Pools Mandurah. Barrier Reef pools installed a 12m lap pool at our house, we were really happy with the finished product and service we received. The installer was great and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them, out pool looks great and the kids love it.

Barrier reef were professional and precise with our pool installation. It arrived on time and was a pain free process from our point of view. They were a bit more expensive than some of the other quotes we had but now I can see why through the quality of the install. I cannot see there being any issues with this pool in the future. I can happily recommend Barrier Reef to install your pool.
