Had a nasty experience going over the Westgate last week with a rear tyre disintegrating on my work van. Not much left of it but managed to change it over.The staff at Beaurepairs Hoppers Crossing were the lucky recipients of the rim and destroyed tyre. They had to order in a replacement, which was not a problem for them and charge to the Fleet company my employer uses.Of course the staff were super busy with two business days before Christmas, but were very accomodating!They got the tyre delivered a few days later and had it fitted within 15 minutes while I waited and was on my way in the work van with a nice new spare.Thankyou for the super quick service under pressure with many customers coming and going at the same time.Beaurepairs Hoppers also fitted my personal car with 4 new tyres earlier in the year and did a great job then too!Highly recommend Beaurepairs Hoppers Crossing!

The previous operators were awesome (Chris). I used to go there regularly and what attracted me to their service was when i went there for a flat tyre, they attended to me immediately and fixed the problem. I had a similar problem recently and the new management told me i will have to leave my car there for the whole day to fix it. I asked them if they could help swap my spare and then leave the wheel alone they refused to do that. Bye beaurepaires hoppers... I've gone with your competitor wu was able to fix it in 20 minutes

Had a slash in the sidewall of our family vehicle.Tim the local legend inspected and said it needed to be replaced. He asked us to go for a walk with the kids and come back. They had tyre in stock and replaced.Great team at this place, highly recommend.

A truly awful experience with Beaurepairs Hoppers Crossing. I had been provided with two quotes, and when I called in to book had told them that I was booking in for 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment, the more expensive tyres of the two quotes was what I was after. Came to collect my car and they had fitted the cheaper tyres, and said it was probably because the two quotes were under the same quote number when created, clearly not something I had control over. The customer service was terrible, no apology, no recognition that they had made an error, only the offer of leaving the car to change they tyres over with no confirmation of how long that could take, but definitely not today. I can see that mistakes can be made, but the way it was handled with absolutely no care or responsibility just made it worse.

Absolutely no cars for the 15min I waited after being IGNORED service because I didn't have a booking.Never been an issue before. The woman was gossiping with someone out back. Then as soon as I didn't have a booking. Legged it out back. ZERO INTERACTION.Drove all the way from Brookfield to be refused. Don't see a point in coming here any longer to get my tyres changed, wheels aligned and anything anymore.

Came in with a damaged tyre, which had been removed off of the vehicle. Asked if someone could take a quick look to let me know if it was able to be repaired or would need a new tyre. Got told I’d need to book in in a few days time.Went to Goodyear Autocare with the same query and had my answer and they had my business in less than 30 seconds.

The ladies at Hoppers Crossing are absolute beasts. Friendly faces and welcoming while still giving a high level of work.They should be rewarded for their hard work and have converted me from B.J. across the way. First time going to Beautepaires and because of them I will be back!
