Sisters in Strength Australia Pty Ltd
Life changing. I went by myself, not knowing what to expect and pretty nervous. Kerryn and Mariko were amazing at creating a warm atmosphere and I learnt amazing strongwoman techniques that have gotten me hooked! I loved the way everyone cheers each other on. The mental health part made me think about things I have been avoiding and helped me head in the right direction. 100% recommend to any woman who wants to try something new and walk away a changed person.

Sisters in Strength Australia Pty Ltd
This workshop was 11/10 from start to finish. I went alone and left with a community of women I felt like I belonged in. The opportunity to try different strongman events with coaches by your side talking you through technique, offering advice and cheering you on. It's hard to put into words how motivating the support of a room full of strong women is. Combining this with the mindset workshop really made this day the whole package and I left feeling inspired, strong, emotional (in a good way!) and eager to join the next Sisters in Strength workshop I can get to!Please don't be afraid of going to this by yourself or with no experience of strong woman, you won't be alone and you will be welcomed with open arms the second you step in the door!
