Terrible. Didn't glue down the print onot the board so it buckles and looks awful. DIdn't use non-reflective glass. And wanted to charge me an extra $120 on pick up for a print he 'forgot to include'even though he had my email address and phone number to call me during the two week time period. I am extremely dissatisfied.
