What Poor Poor setup. I've been using ITP Charlestown for the last 10 years, but i am done now. I've made an appointment using their system, for Saturday 11 AM, received confirmation and even reminder emails. Turned up to at 10:55 and stood in front of a locked office until 11:10 and then left. I had to readjust my weekend, and cancelled plans to make this appointment, just to be stood up. I've left a message on the answering machine and send an email with no response. This is clearly not a company i can trust which treats me with so little respect.
