A gorgeous-looking studio with great instructors and a wide selection of class times to choose from. Very handy. I attend twice a week and have seen a big difference in my flexibility, stress levels and neck/shoulder pain. Highly recommend.

Went along with a friend to Finesse Pilates for the first time about a month ago and have been going back ever since! The studio is beautifully presented and super clean, and you are always greeted with a warm, friendly smile when you walk in. The class sizes are small which means attention is given to each individual to ensure correct form. Love the classic classes with Sara and the Jump classes with Julia. They are amazing at what they do and I always walk out having had a lot of fun and feeling great! I've also noticed an improvement in my flexibility and can finally touch my toes again!

What a lovely studio! Clean and modern space and equipment. First time doing Reformers Pilates classes for me. Sara and her beautiful team are great at making classes suitable for your level and fun at the same time!

Have been going to Finesse Pilates for about a year now and had to sadly stop due to moving states. All the instructors are amazingly helpful and caring, always adjust exercises to your personal ability with no judgement and make exercising enjoyable. The studio itself is lovely and modern, very clean and always well maintained.

These people have me laughing through crunches! Everyone is so kind and I’ve seen noticeable results in the few months I’ve been going. I have quite a lot of ankle issues so they eased me from personals into group classes and are happy to make adjustments and accomodations for the way my body works in the group classes too. I’ve never felt so safe and supported in a workout environment before. I can be sure someone will always help if I’m doing the movement wrong so I don’t hurt myself.

A very welcome addition to Pennant Hills. The team are amazing and really know how to get you working. A fresh, clean studio providing great place to practice reformer Pilates. Definitely a good fit if you are starting out or you're already experienced. Well worth it.
