Forty Winks Bendigo

Started as a great experience, friendly knowledgeable staff. Purchased a bed a frame with both over 1500 each. They had a sale on that included free delivery with purchases of this amount. They delivered the bed the same day. I was very great full. When the frame arrived they called me to get it delivered. Due to Covid restrictions they couldn't deliver when I asked and instead could only deliver when my 14 year old son was home. I informed them of his age. They dropped the frame boxes inside the front door and then asked my son for money. He gave them $70 cash as the two grown men that were inside the house had asked for. After they left he rang me straight away and informed me. I rang and advised the person who answered the phone and they said they would look into it and get back to me. Later the sales person rang me and immediately started yelling and swearing at me. After 5 minutes of listening, attempting to talk and verbal abuse, I said I couldn't talk to him while he was like that and hung up. I wrote an email later and sent it to him. I again received a phone call where he physically threatened me and again yelled vulgar language and abuse.Over the past 20 years I have spent around $20,000 and have always been happy with the.After this experience I would recommend staying well away from 40 winks Bendigo

Thumbs up to the young manager at Forty Winks!! Went in with some basic information about wanting to set up our daughters first “big girl bed” & not knowing much about specifics. Zac was so informative about all the different requirements (bunk beds) we needed in regards to mattress sizes, thickness for the top bunk & the longevity/quality of the different products. He wasn’t pushy, had all of the information on hand for our million questions & even better was the price we paid because of the black friday sale on till sunday!!Absolutely over the moon with the service we received, the help we had setting up our little girls first bed even suggesting the waterproof mattress protector given her age & organising delivery to coincide with the purchase of our first home so it can go straight into the new home! Didn’t miss a thing & set us up with zero hassle or stress! Thank you forty winks & Zac

'Nola' gave lovely service & advice on choosing a mattress, I highly recommend the bed analysis which measures if your body type is suitable to the type of bed. Delivery is an additional $65 with estimated approximate of 2 - 3 week wait.Most stock for the end of financial year was 50% off in store, yet not advertised on the website. Found a better selection of king coil beds at this store in comparison to Harvey Norman - Bendigo.Must buy a mattress protector otherwise may compromise bed warranty.

Forty Winks Bendigo provided seriously next level customer service. James and his staff took the time to listen to my needs, provided product knowledge and guidance but also encouraged me to take time in selecting the product. I never felt under pressure. I have since made a follow up purchase and have recommended Forty Winks Bendigo to friends and family. Thanks for providing superior customer service!

Bought a bed from them about 2 years ago. Lana remembered. Still sleeping great. Needed bed side tables. She helped me find another pair that worked. Fantastic real human service plus great products. If I could give her 6 stars I would. Every store needs a Lana.Kelly Anne helped my sister out to find the perfect product she needed with honesty that is rare to find now days.A breath of fresh air in today's crazy world. My partner and I were planning to shop around for a new bed and mattress but ended up buying all we needed at our first stop, Forty Winks.Lana was so helpful, honest and friendly and we walked away feeling like we got a great deal. Cannot recommend the staff and service enough, felt very warm and genuine. Nice to buy a bed when the salesperson seems to genuinely want you to have a good night's sleep.Thanks Lana :)

The customer service at Forty Winks Bendigo is a rating of one star.The staff were not efficient, lack of sales information required by the customer.The Management in terms of service and people skills lacking empathy and fairnessand professionalism.My experience of purchasing a mattress here was not a good experience l feel hesitantto go back to the shop even though l have read the policy and have consumer rites.

This review is more about the worse matters ever we were offered and unfortunately bought! Will rate the mattress as 0 stars! The store staff were great, they are sales people so have no complaints. To be honest, going to a mattress shop is the worse thing you can do in this age of internet, where online reviews will tell you what is the best mattress and some companies will even give you 100day trail and full refund.After we researched for weeks for a king size, we decided to go to the near by shop. Unfortunately the only mattress we did not check for reviews was the worse mattress ever we unfortunately bought! Was not cheap!The Silence Partner M10, after we could not sleep on cause it brakes your body apart, we exchange it (you get one exchange for free) to the P11 which was not better. Conclusion is that Silent Partners M10 & P11 are worse mattresses ever! Do not buy!Do not fall into the illusion that 2 minutes slip in the shop will lead you to make a good decision! Better buy a mattress that you can get a full refund if it is not your taste.
