I emailed Jims diggers twice last Sunday requesting a quote and nobody had the courtesy to reply by email or phone. Very poor considering the way they advertise their professionalism.I will never recommend them to anyone.

Super amazing team. Responsive as all heck. Friendly. Professional. Actually my first experience with Jim's and no wonder the have created such a successful franchise.

Asked to have my backyard prepped (leveled) for new lawn and pavers. He only leveled to same as the pavers I had and talked me out of getting rid of my old grass. I have no idea about this stuff but after, a landscaper came in to start his work, they informed me that it wasn't even prepped right and now have to spend more money getting it done by someone who knows what they are doing. Jims diggers has their web page promoting experience and knowledge etc but I just didn't experience this, only more stress and heartache. What is worse, i called a few weeks ago to see if it could be rectified but no one has bothered to get back to me! They don't care because i have already paid I recon. Very disappointed and angry and will never use them again. Can't afford their mistake, now I will have to wait to do what I need with my backyard as I am now behind almost $500. Thanks Jims Diggers.
