Besides an unexpected delay, I have had a great customer service experience! Charles and Adeline kept me informed during the whole process. It was my 1st purchase with Domayne, but I can say the bed is above the average with good quality and sturdy. Highly recommended, 5 stars post sales, can't go wrong.

My first encounter was to look for a TV, and find out what I wanted. My sales assistant was very helpful and informative.On the 2nd visit the TV was even cheaper and again the same assistant helped me though the purchase process and instal.Every step was easy and it's nice to see, touch and know exactly what i was purchasing.A great place to deal with. Even got a quilt cover and at a very good price. Right time right place

Exceptional customer service at the mattress section. A lovely young lady, explained to us all the details and variations of the mattresses, calculated the price after discounts and gave us space and time to make a decision.Would have left with a good feeling however what follows is the******reason for a dismal rating below********I had a rather disappointing service with the lady in the furniture section,who came looking to make a sales and showed me some reading chairs but got impatient and asked straight up if I'd make a purchase today at 5 pm and walked away not interested when I said No. When asked she did not confirm if there were any discounts and that it's something I'd know only if and when I decided to purchase.Please train this staff in manners and customer service from the mattress section.

We ordered a lounge set in August 2022, and although we were hesitant to proceed due to the 12-week waiting time for the Australian made" furniture

Purchased a bed and didn't negotiate on price terms to get it delivered quickly. It ended up being delivered later than even the absolute latest they told us. We were misled and over-promised.

I bought a Samsung monitor from this store. It was an expensive M8 monitor. I went home, opened it and then realised that it didnt meet the specifications. I called the sales person, spoke to him and told him the issue. He was very considerate of the situation and offered me a refund after deducting 15% restocking fee. It was a seamless experience and i am really happy with the customer service.
