Horrible customer service,lost items I have purchased in system conveniently.(warranty)Items fixed or replaced ended up worse.I hired another co. To repair the mistakes.it cost me a fortune dealing with swimart.I lost a day when they never showed up and received no phone call. And no apology.Steer clear ask around town before ever considering swimart.

Swimart has been very helpful after we bought a house with a pool. Having never had a pool, we asked lots of questions and made some silly mistakes, but the team at Swimart have always spent the time to help us succeed.

Great problem solvers with tricky pool issues. Everything you need is there and their service guys get great results... in my experience when pretty much every other pool place in Rocky failed to find the fault.

Turned up when they said they would. The guy doing the work was super friendly and super polite. Fixed the problem and recommended something to stop the problem from happening again. Ordered the parts and the prices were really reasonable. Can speak highly enough about the quality of the service. A great result all round! Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my pool vacuum and couldn't work out why it wasn't sucking , even though I had inspected and taken apart the barracuda vacuum, and emptied each piece of hose to see if there was a blockage. I took it into my Swimart Rockhampton store and they found a small split in the rubber diaphragm which I hadn't noticed. They sold and fitted a new diaphragm and it was repaired in no time. Friendly service and competent staff. The store itself is in need of a revamp however, it is quite dated and old looking inside. Parking is a big issue with only about 6 spaces in front of the store and you have to reverse out and negotiate an electricity pole behind the vehicle also.
