Symphony events decorated the venue (Madison Function Centre) for our wedding and reception and we could not be happier with what they had done. We recently had the pleasure of working with Jackson, Jasmine and the Symphony Events team for our wedding events. All members of the team were amazing to deal with and kept us in the loop throughout the process. They also ensured that any questions we had were answered in a timely manner.The thing we liked best about Jackson was his process. He took out time and worked with us in designing the settings for our events (Sangeet, Haldi and Ceremony/Reception). He allowed us to create our own mood boards and then added his own spin on the design along with what was trending at that moment.From his designs to his setup team, everything was smooth. All our guests raved about the beautiful setup and the ambience which Symphony Events created. As a host, you want a vendor who is able to deliver a stunning result with the least stress added and Jackson ensure exactly that.The prices where fair and the team did not leave any stone unturned in making all our events look amazing. We cannot recommend the team enough.

Jackson and the team at Symphony Events was hands down our FAVOURITE wedding vendor. They were so kind, innovative and really listened to what we wanted. I really appreciated Jackson's enthusiasm to deliver, especially when we were told that new shipments meant new ideas could form- which really made us feel like we were being cared about as individuals. They did all three of our wedding events and plenty (loads) of our guests reached out to us days after each event to ask about the amazing and magical decor. We were blown away by our first event and Symphony kept stepping it up even more for each subsequent event.I will be recommending Symphony far and wide for the rest of my life. Jackson invested a lot of time, energy, and money in bringing that concept to life. When I arrived at the venue on the day of the reception, I was blown away by how amazing it looked. Choosing Jackson and his team at Symphony Events has been truly an amazing choice for our reception. We have previously seen Symphony Event's beautiful execution for previous weddings and receptions and we then decided to choose Symphony to design our modern, fairytale reception.Jackson has been such a pleasure to work with. He has been incredibly humble, supportive and patient in listening to our specific requests for our wedding reception, ideas and inspirations. He has also provided his own inspirations and ideas and allows you to collaborate with him. Ultimately, he wants you to be happy with the design and decorations. Jackson has even met with us at the reception venue - his efforts are really demonstrated from the quality of work he produces for you. Jackson has also accommodated for specific requests. We have wanted a Beauty and Beast themed reception - he allowed for those designs and fairytale inspired decorations brought forward. He also allowed me to design my own custom decal. From providing him a JPG of the decal designed, Jackson and his team were able to produce such a beautiful, classy dance floor. We have received many compliments regarding the decorations, colour palettes, floral features.The team was also very timely in setting up and removing our decorations to avoid excessive bump in/out costs. We really appreciate all their hard-work.

Recently I had the pleasure of working with Jackson @ Symphony Events for my daughter's 21st birthday celebrations. The decorations were really beautiful and all our invited guests enjoyed the vibe and ambience of the auditorium. I have no reservations in recommending Symphony for Event management and decorations.
