Narromine Shire Family Health Centre

Accidentally missed my appointment by an hour today called straight away to apologise and reschedule the receptionist was rude and told me that the first available appointment was three weeks away with any doctor.Stunted I hung up and called back 5 mins later and asked if it would be worth calling at 8:45 in the morning as previously been advise.. she then told me those appointments are for sick people only...... I then informed her that I was discharged from dubbo and narromine Ed with pnemonia and I have a shade on my lungs that's proventing me to breath and that the doctor had requested to see me today... At this stage she said try in the morning and I'll cancel you appointment 3 weeks from now..... Absolutely horrible service...

A few good doctors but all in all an entirley bottom of the barrel center. The nobody secretary's at the front desk ask invasive personal questions and on top of this I've had my three year old booked in to see a doctor for two months now and get a single call at 5pm in the evening just to find out that appointment has been cancelled. In my opinion, you will receive better medical care on Facebook or Twitter these people are a joke.

Some of the Reception staff are very rude, need to learn how to speak to clients.
