I can't thank this company enough for their excellent service and support. During the installation service of our high quality floor, I fell ill with a life threatening illness. Luke was amazing and continued working. The staff at First choice as soon as they realised my circumstances allowed me to recover despite the fact that I hadn't finished paying my invoices. During this time, dealing with the usual daily tasks like paying bills etc was something I wasn't thinking about. They were so compassionate and understanding. I highly recommend this company and can't thank them enough.

Went for a quote for floor coverings, were advised that would get a quote to me in 2 -3 days, however that didn't happen, rang them a week later and they advised another 2-3 days, still no contact, I understand that they may be busy but that type of service or lack of it is disgraceful. Won't be going back ever as there is more than one flooring covering store is Rockingham that wants my business!!.Thanks for the reply, just checked my emails nothing on the 6th March and my follow up call to your company was made on the 7th march @11:03.

Nothing but positive things to say about Choices Flooring Rockingham’s pricing, customer service, professionalism and quality installation. Kirrilly, who I liaised with to organise the quote and arrange an install date was fantastic, she promptly returned all my emails and answered my questions; additionally, she was very accommodating when it came to scheduling the old carpet’s removal installation of the new. Regarding the new carpet install, Gary’s 30 years’ experience was evident to see, with an outstandingly professional job. I would highly recommend Choices Flooring Rockingham to anyone considering new internal flooring.

I Recently had Choices Flooring Rockingham install carpets and Blinds to to my new home. Jenny and Veronica were exceptional in their service. Both had extensive product knowledge. The installers were great. The quality of the blinds is fantastic, we looked around at a few stores before but were glad we went to Choices. We would highly recommend them

Kirrilly and the rest of the team at Choices Flooring Rockingham have been fantastic. I ordered flooring for my entire unit months before the renovations started. The team let me take home samples to check how the colours would match, ordered in the flooring early and held the materials while I waited for the renovations to start. The whole process was painless and the floor looks amazing!!
