It is sometime since I have visited your studio, covid interfered with my routine. Being over 70 my movement was decreasing rapidly, so visiting your studio for a few years on a regular weekly basis, I cannot thank you enough for what you taught me. Every time I need to sit on or get off the floor, your simple techniques make it so easy and through the ether, I thank you every time.For anyone losing mobility please give this amazing lady a call. Her professional integrity I could not challenge.
