Review based on refusal to repair fridge when I told the person I spoke to that the my Samsung 2 door fridge/freezer was 13 years old - way to go in a throw away society. I note that this was just 1 of the 5 Samsung repairers I contacted with the same result. I ended up having to buy a new fridge.

David cancelled our appointment 15min before he was due to arrive. Then we were charged a call out fee to find only to find out our part didn’t exist anymore. We found and purchased the part ourselves quite easily.David was hard to get a hold of, rude and as he said “all care and responsibility”Don’t use this repairer!

David provided a professional service. I phoned him late on a Tuesday and he was able to attend on the following day to repair a Samsung Fridge which was icing up. His communication was excellent. The price charged was actually slightly less than his original quote. He is polite, left the premises in a very tidy state. Highly recommended.
