As soon as we walked in staff let us know there was no rice, in case we wanted to go elsewhere. How polite! She then continued to help us through, asking what we would like & how she would adjust our meals. She was very friendly & it was lovely to see [both] staff smiling & happy so late in the evening, especially after the day she described. This was the perfect atmosphere! ☺️It is Mexican, obviously, so the pulled pork ended up being a bit spicy for me, but my Husband loved it. The cabbage was amazing! Because there was no rice & we got a bit extra of the mains, I was unable to finish mine so had most of the salad for lunch the next day. Definitely going back!❤️

The lady who served me today at 1.15pm was wonderful. She had the best customer service I’ve experienced at this store. I really appreciated her kindness :) I wish I’d got her name so I could post it here.

My husband and I had such a good experience tonight. Claire was amazing. So friendly and precise with her job. Customer service at that level makes such a difference. We will definitely be back! Thanks Claire

I have been to this Zambrero twice now, on my first visit my burrito wasn't wrapped properly and was almost impossible to eat.The second time I ordered a bowl on uber eats and found myself with burnt rice.I went to the shop to get a replacement (defeating the purpose of delivery) however the whole pot of rice was burnt as well....Left me wondering how many unhappy customers will be receiving burnt rice in their dinner?I swapped to black rice and asked for a free brownie which they gave to me so I guess it wasn't a total loss....

I've been to this Zambrero a few times now and each time I'm greeted with the friendliest staff. Always super polite and thorough with the orders.The two boys that served me today were very well mannered and super friendly. Thanks guys!Also food is always so delish!

Git a 'big burrito' chips and a drink -$21. Given the cost of fast food now, this is value for money as you get a lot of burrito for the big burrito. You get a small handful of chips and a bottle of drink. I got the chicken, but i have no clue what the flavor was...curry maybe? I dont know, but i ate around it. The corn salsa was more of a relish and the verde tasteless. I was the only person there and the service was cold and comically rushed and i was an inconvenience to the server. Was hoping to find a go to burrito place but this doesn't seem to be it for me ):

I came into the Lawnton store yesterday (09.02.2023) with my colleague. We had a young woman serve us and it was some of the best customer service I’ve received in a while. She was kind, had a gorgeous smile and very welcoming. She said thank you and wished us a great day. The food was also chefs kiss.Overall a great experience.
